All of our flower products are individually crafted from the best blossoms daily. If any flower shown is unavailable for any reason, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value in similar colour to ensure timely delivery. Please note that fresh flowers last an average of 4-5 days if properly cared for and maintenance guidelines are followed . However, some seasonal blooms may only last 2-3 days and please accept that this is a characteristic of the flower. We cannot guarantee that any of the flowers are free of allergens. Please call us upon before placing your order if the recipient has an allergy, we will try to accompany on your request. 


Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form via our website or WhatsApp, we can not be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect, please ensure the recipient’s address you provide in the order form via our website or WhatsApp is accurate.

EXPRESSO BLOOMS will endeavour to despatch your order safely and on time. However delivery time could be affected due to weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen situations like black rainstorm signal and/or authorities issue typhoon signal number 8 or higher, we shall notify you of such delay as soon as possible or for re-arrangement purpose.

If you are unsatisfied with the order, please contact us and provide photos and we will work with you on a fair solution.
